The UK may no longer be a member of the European Union, but the latest EU Serious and Organised Crime Threat Assessment (SOTCA) report, published every four years by Europol, provides a stark reminder of what Western Europe is up against with regard to car crime. does – and does include the UK, although this is not specified in the document.
